When you choose the hero:
Ring of Regeneration
2 lesser clarity potions (if you random this hero buy a sobi mask)

4: Guinsoo Scythe of Vyse
5: Black King Bar (BKB)
6. Dagon

Strategies:
In order to own late game, you have to own early game. Keep using either frost bite or frost nova on the enemy and whack him 2 times. He will have very low hp and have to go back to heal. Hence making you higher lvled. If he doesn't goes back, you have a good chance of killing him.
